Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are hereby notified that whosoever student(enrolled)/enquiry(un-enrolled) candidates have to keep in mind before or after joining with institutions.

(A) General Terms & Conditions



1. Eligibility- Eligibility for enrolling in the preferred course can be asked directly on the call with our executives. Students are hereby requested to strictly follow the eligibility criteria and fulfil the demand of the institute for enrolment, otherwise, the organisation will not be responsible for future consequences.

2. Registration fee- The registration process will begin only after the declaration of candidates and approval from the institute, only if candidates are able to stand on the required needs and eligibility to enrol in that specific course. There will be a registration fee applicable on all courses and to all students who are coming for admission (this fee will get adjusted in the course fee).

3. Course fee- After the successful registration in the specific preferred course students will have to pay the course fee(they can pay in the medium of cash/cheque/net banking or through UPI), students will have two options to pay the fee which are ONE TIME FULL PAYMENT or INSTALMENTS(these instalments will vary according to course enrolled in by student/course duration and other factors). Any delay in fee submission apart from the given extra time there will be an imposed fine (that student can’t refuse to pay).

4. Certifications- Each student who will complete the course and fulfil the need of the course and complete the course with all the provided tasks will get a certification of completion accredited by the organisation and certified bodies of aviation.

5. Liability- Institute will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or injury that may occur during the training program, students have to take care of their personnel.

6. Intellectual property- Students must respect the intellectual property of the institute and its trainers. Any unauthorised use or distribution of course materials is prohibited. Any damage to the property of the institute may cause students an imposed fine or strict action against them.

7. Termination- Institutes reserve the right to terminate a student's enrolment if they do not comply with the terms and conditions or if their behaviour is deemed disruptive to the program.

(B) SUPOF Pvt. Ltd.’s Rights

1. We own the Platform and Services, including the Website, present or future applications and Courses, Course Material, our logos, API, database, code, and content created and/or delivered by our employees, and consultants. You cannot tamper with those or use them without authorisation.

2. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and Services, including our Website, our existing or future applications, our logos, APIs, databases, code, and the content our employees or partners submit or provide through our Services are and will remain the exclusive property of SUPOF Pvt. Ltd. Our Platforms and Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing gives you a right to use the SUPOF Pot. Ltd. name or any of the SUPOF Pvt. Ltd. trademarks, logos, domain names, and any other Intellectual Property Rights. 

(C) Placement Policy


In this policy, the institute will stand as a support system for all the students who are looking for jobs and will assist them on each step to gain experience and give the preferred interview. Also, the institute doesn’t take any guarantee of placement or job that depends on the ability of students.

(D) Policy changes


From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features) without any notice, and SUPOF Put. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means such as by email(you provided us during the admission procedure or the filling of the admission/enquiry form) notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Platforms and Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. Your continues use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you (on behalf of yourself) accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
